Return Policy

Returns are accepted only in case of damaged or defective products.

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or an opening video of the issue.

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind

Personal preference

Wrong item ordered by the customer

Slight color differences due to lighting or screen resolution


Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.

For COD orders, refunds (if approved) will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


 Non-Eligibility Conditions

We do not accept return, refund, or exchange requests under the following conditions:

If the request is made due to change of mind, personal preference, or wrong item ordered by the customer.

If the product is received late due to courier partner delays.

If a valid opening video is not provided for damaged or defective items.

If the request is made after 48 hours from the time of delivery.
